Within three years, PT Mora Telematika Indonesia (“Moratelindo”) and its subsidiaries have successfully built telecommunications infrastructure projects in Indonesia in collaboration with the Central and Municipal Governments. This success began with the inauguration of the construction of the “West Palapa Ring” infrastructure national strategic project in 2018 and was followed by the inauguration of the “East Palapa Ring” in 2019 by President Joko Widodo.
Not long after that, more precisely in December 2019, Moratelindo resumed its mission to provide passive telecommunications infrastructure by forming a Joint Operations Cooperation with PT Bhumi Pandanaran Sejahtera (Perseroda) ("BPS") which continued to work with the Semarang City Government on 31 January 2020 in the project for the Provision of Passive Telecommunication Infrastructure Public Services in the City of Semarang. In this project, KSO BPS - Moratelindo builds, implements, and operates ducting in Semarang city roads with a length of about 506,064 meters and cellular telecommunications towers in Semarang City.
Due to the experience of working with the Government, Moratelindo was again trusted by the Bekasi City Government which was marked by the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Provision of Passive Telecommunication Infrastructure on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the Media Center Patriot Candrabagha, Bekasi City.
The form of the cooperation is in the form of the construction of ducting and telecommunications towers on the Bekasi city roads. The plan for this project will be carried out on the Bekasi city road with an estimated ducting line length of 608,673 meters and an estimated construction of a maximum of 373 Cellular Telecommunication Towers (Mikro Seluler / Microcell Pole (MCP)) on the Bekasi city road.
