On August 9, 2022 in the context of implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (“Moratelindo”) needs to stipulate a policy regarding reporting of share ownership or any changes in MORA share ownership by members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners Moratelindo in accordance with applicable regulations.
