On April 8, 2022, the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of the Company signed the Community Empowerment Policy Charter which contains Statement, Introduction, Reference, Scope and Context of Community Empowerment, the contents of the Community Empowerment Policy, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Mechanisms and Procedures for Handling Public Complaints. This is an umbrella policy for the implementation of programs community empowerment that is effective, right on target, and provides added value for the community.
